What do you think of when you hear the word “worship”?
For many of us it automatically conjures up images of music
or prayer, or both! Certainly these are means of worship,
and at MCC we practice both!
Our praise and worship music runs the gamut
from uplifting, high-energy contemporary songs of joy and
praise to reflective, soul-searching songs that still our
hearts and move us to consider the goodness and tender mercies
of God.
Music stirs us in ways that nothing
else can. It is, however, only one means of worship. Worship
is anything that pleases God! At MCC you will find this
emphasized through practical messages that apply Biblical
principles to life situations at work, at play and at home.
Why is this important? Simply put, because how we work,
play and relate to one another can also be means of worship!
