Somebody loves you… more than you know!
Good news, isn’t it? In a world overflowing with bad news, in a world of loneliness and longing, what if you could find someone who genuinely, tenaciously loves you – yes, you? Someone who always has your back, someone who is always with you and always for you, someone who loves you – quite literally – to death? Even beyond! That would indeed be good news! And that’s what we celebrate! That’s what we are all about, because that’s what He is all about! Check it out:
Ephesians 2:4-7 (ESV)
4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, 5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—6 and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
If you would like to be loved, with the greatest love, if you would like to explore the possibilities, it would be our profound honor and joy to walk alongside you in that great adventure. MCC celebrates the greatest love Sunday mornings at 10:15. Come as you are! Somebody really does love you… more than you know!
Who are we?
When to arrive?
What to wear?
What to expect?
For some people going anywhere for the first time can be nerve-racking. We all had a ‘first day’ at church, too, so relax. We get it. You’ll find we are a friendly bunch. If you don’t understand something, please, simply ask. To avoid any worries here’s a quick summary of what you can expect at MCC.
The doors open early, as Sunday school classes start at 9:00 AM – for kids, youth and adults. You are welcome to pour yourself a cup of coffee and grab a donut or two as you find your seat. The worship service kicks off at 10:15 AM with upbeat contemporary worship music. You are welcome to sing along, or simply enjoy. Everyone participates in the musical worship, but at about 11:00 AM the kids are excused for our “Empowering Kids” children’s church program. We then have a message from the Bible that is relevant and meaningful to our lives.
